After moving around Canada and Japan for education, Karen joined Johnson and Johnson Supply Chain in 2003. After several more moves, Karen settled in Switzerland in 2007. Since 2010, Karen has held various supplier facing roles, working with some of J&J’s largest suppliers. Her latest assignment in Procurement Talent Management, brings her functional and leadership expertise together to inspire and serve J&J Procurement.
